Q: I AM NOT VERY FLEXIBLE, WILL I BE ABLE TO DO YOGA?
A: Yoga is honestly for everyone. The point of yoga is to bring more flexibility and mobility to your body. I work only within your limitations and can modify every pose or move.
Q: I HAVE SEVERAL INJURIES, WOULD YOGA BE SAFE FOR ME TO DO?
A: Yoga is one of the best forms of exercise for rehabilitation. I am fully qualified to teach to people with all sorts of injuries and contraindications, from Rotator cuff injuries, to carpal tunnel, ligament damage of the knees, to back issues. The beauty of yoga is that it is very gentle with no impact on the joints. Every pose has a modification to allow you to practice yoga safely.
Q: IS YOGA SAFE TO DO WHEN PREGNANT?
A: So long as your teacher has trained in pregnancy yoga, which I have, then with some
modifications, it is perfectly safe, and in fact hugely beneficial to help open up and strengthen the
pelvic area, in preparation for the delivery of your baby.
Q: I AM NEW TO YOGA, WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
A: I always suggest wearing something that is comfortable and allows for you to move freely. We sometimes do inversions in yoga, so either a tighter top or a top that tucks in to your leggings/ yoga pants, so that your top won’t ride up, is my suggestion. We practice yoga bare footed, so no foot wear is needed.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME TO CLASS?
A: A yoga mat, some water and yoga blocks if you have them, for when I teach outside of my
studio. Please let me know if you don’t have a mat, as I do have a supply of spare mats. Also
a blanket or something of warmth for the guided meditation and spinal support. For all classes
in The Yoga Barn, equipment is provided.
Q: DO YOU JUST OFFER YOGA CLASSES?
A: Not at all, I also offer classes just on breath-work and meditation.
Q: I AM INTERESTED IN COMING TO CLASS REGULARLY, IS THERE A PACKAGE I CAN BUY?
A: Absolutely, these are called class bundles. I offer bundles for all my classes that I offer, both in
the studio and at my other locations.
Q: I AM LOOKING TO BUY A YOGA CLASS AS A GIFT, DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
A: Yes I do, please contact me for more information.
Q: CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
A: Absolutely! I offer both in person or one to one bespoke classes that are tailor made to your individual needs, for the ultimate experience.
Q: CAN I BOOK THE YOGA BARN FOR A PRIVATE YOGA PARTY?
A: Absolutely. It will hold a maximum of 4 students, plus me your teacher, and is subject to
availability.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER TREATMENTS OR THERAPIES IN THE YOGA BARN?
A: Yes, we have a wonderful Holistic massage therapist that joins me on several Wednesdays in
the month, also sound baths and various times and positivity courses, to name just a few.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE REFRESHMENTS?
A: On site at The Yoga Barn, I offer cucumber water, herbal teas and fresh home made juices.
